This machine powers on, but the software does not load. The computer prompts for the software to be loaded using the back-up disk, which we have, but the software will not load from the CD. It is otherwise in average condition. . If we can't power the machine to ascertain the PHI has been removed, we'll remove the hard drive, shred it, and sell the machine for parts only.
