Egress Description
We have one 4.2' door on the dirty side. On the clean side, there is a set of double doors that will allow most equipment to be transferred with some modification. The height of the door frame is average height. These dryers do need to have the motor boxes removed from the top to get them out of the facility. We can help with all logistics if you are unable to perform removal yourself.
Buyers will need to disassemble something on several pieces of the equipment to make it through the door opening. (We have many laundry items for sale. Please look for our other listings!)
The floor is level.
Door opening – 70” wide and 83” tall. (true clearance)
It's either 100' or 300' to the dock, depending on which door you use.
