We have one 4.2' door on the dirty side. On the clean side, there is a set of double doors that will allow most equipment to be transferred with some modification. The height of the door frame is average height. This machine needs to be removed from the ceiling, but it shouldn't be difficult to get it out once down. Buyers will need to disassemble something on most of the equipment to make it through the door opening. (We have several laundry items for sale. Please look for our other listings!) The floor is level. Door opening – 70” wide and 83” tall. (true clearance) It's either 100' or 300' to the dock, depending on which door you use.
